By accessing or using the Pronto Coffee NZ website at prontocoffee.co.nz (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. Pronto Coffee NZ reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Business enquiries

Submitting an enquiry through our website forms does not create a binding agreement between you and Pronto Coffee NZ. Any business arrangement, revenue share, or hosting agreement will only be binding when set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
